Meridian, ID – Meridian Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the return of the Unplug and Be Outside, an event that spotlights the importance of recreation. The popular event is on Saturday, May 10, 2025, in Kleiner Park.
The vendor show is an excellent opportunity for businesses to engage with families and individuals in the Treasure Valley while showcasing their outdoor, recreational, and sports goods and services. Organizations and groups of all types are encouraged to apply to share their activities.
The booth fee is just $40 and Kleiner Park offers ample space to present demonstrations, clinics, and workshops designed to engage the community and spotlight particular goods and outdoor activities.
“We believe in the value of recreation,” said Renee White, event coordinator. “Outdoor activities are essential to support physical, emotional, and mental health. This event is an excellent opportunity to connect with potential customers, promote your services, and be part of a fun, community-focused event.”
Other activities at the event include food trucks, a climbing wall, and the Take Me Fishing trailer with free gear and fishing all day.
