The interactive map shown and linked below depicts active hearing level applications with the City of Meridian. Active projects are those development applications which have been formally submitted to the City but have not received final approval. A hearing level application must be approved by City Council or the Planning and Zoning Commission (whichever makes the final decision). Active projects may also be applications with City approval, but where the Findings/Order of Decision have not been approved or the applicant has not executed the project (usually by signing a development agreement).
